DRIVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Former Oklahoma State wide receiver Justin Blackmon was arrested on a complaint of aggravated DUI Stillwater, Oklahoma after registering a blood-alcohol level of .24, which is three times the legal limit.

Wide receiver Braylon Edwards was pulled over in Manhattan at 4:45 AM on September 21, 2010, after police spotted tinted windows on his Range Rover SUV. When the officer detected alcohol on Edwards' breath, he administered a Breathalyzer test, which the bearded ball player failed with a 0.16% BAC.

Star Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch has been charged with driving under the influence after he was arrested  near his hometown of Oakland.

Wide receiver Donte Stallworth received 30 days in jail for a deadly DUI crash that killed pedestrian Mario Reyes, 59, in Florida. Stallworth pleaded guilty to DUI manslaughter on June 16, 2009 and, in addition to the jailtime, was sentenced to two years’ house arrest and an additional eight years' probation.

Kelly almost made it through Friday night, but at 2:19 a.m. on Saturday morning, --------- was stopped at the 7-Eleven .

Michael Turner DUI Arrest: Falcons RB Busted After Win Over Broncos

ATLANTA (AP) -- Atlanta Falcons running back Michael Turner was jailed on charges of drunken driving and speeding early Tuesday, just hours after he scored a touchdown in the team's win over the Denver Broncos.

Turner, 30, of Suwanee, Ga., was booked into the Gwinnett County jail in metro Atlanta just after 5 a.m. Turner spent barely two hours behind bars before he was released on $2,179 bond, jail records showed.

A Gwinnett County police officer pulled over Turner's black Audi R8 on Interstate 85 northeast of Atlanta after clocking the car at 97 mph - 32 mph over the speed limit, said Cpl. Edwin Ritter, a police spokesman.
